Donald J. Fann

DONALD J. FANN received his J.D. from the University of Miami in 1987 and has achieved an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal Trial Bar for the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Fann has practiced in the areas of products liability, employment law, and automobile liability, and focuses his practice on Nursing Home and Medical Malpractice Defense. He has been a featured speaker at seminars in various medical facilities addressing topics of medical-legal interest. Mr. Fann is an active member of the Defense Research Institute and has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
