Donald J. Fann

DONALD J. FANN received his J. D. from the University of Miami in 1987 and has achieved an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. His areas of practice include Nursing Home and Medical Malpractice Defense as well as General Liability Defense, Automobile Negligence, Products Liability Defense and Sexual Harassment/Wrongful Termination Litigation. He has been a featured speaker at seminars in various medical facilities and national conferences addressing topics of relevance to medical practitioners in the nursing home and acute care environments. He co-authored an article regarding Nursing Home Litigation which was published in For The Defense, a nationwide publication produced by the Defense Research Institute (DRI). During his career, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and is an active member of the Defense Research Institute. He is admitted to the Florida Bar as well as the Federal Bar for the U.S. District Courts in both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Fann’s employment history includes both corporate and private practice, which gives him insight into many areas of litigation and the special needs of clients.
