KAMLESH B. OZA

KAMLESH B. OZA received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2000. His pre-law education includes a B.S. in Medical Technology and a Masters in Health Services Administration, both from the Florida International University. Honors and distinctions received while in law school included a graduating class ranking in the top 10%, Law Review, several Dean's Lists and a membership in the Order of Coif National Honor Society. He is also a laboratory supervisor licensed by the State of Florida as well as a Fellow of the American College of a Healthcare Executives, a national organization of hospital administrators. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida as well as the U.S. District Court, Southern. He is experienced in medical malpractice defense, as well as liability defense involving products, personal injury, construction and business torts. Mr. Oza's employment history includes both corporate and private practice, giving him experience in meeting the needs of individual as well as corporate clients. He is an adjunct professor at Florida International University.
