RACHELLE BRANNEN has over twenty years experience in the legal field and has worked in the areas of personal injury, toxic tort, products liability, general liability and workers compensation.  She has extensive experience in assisting trial lawyers in medical malpractice and automobile defense cases.

KAREN B. DESANTI has earned her degree from Barry University in Paralegal Studies and having worked in the legal field for over 25 years as a paralegal, she comes to the firm with extensive trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury and products liability. She has also participated in various mock trials for The American Board of Trial Advocates and was a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., Broward County Chapter.

INGRID V. RIERA, CP, FCP, FRP is a Certified Paralegal, Florida Certified Paralegal and a Florida Registered Paralegal (through The Florida Bar). Over 30 years of South Florida legal experience, assisting attorneys in multiple complex civil trials in state and federal courts.  Ms. Riera has only worked with Martindale-Hubbell® AV-Rated Attorneys her entire career.  Her experience lies in the following practice areas:  complex commercial litigation, medical malpractice and insurance and high-end complex domestic relations. 

*Adjunct Professor at Miami-Dade Community College, ABA-Approved Paralegal Program, 1997 – 2003, Taught Legal Ethics, Professionalism, Florida Rules of Court and The Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct;
*Active member of NALA and PAF since 1992;
*Active Paralegal member of The Florida Bar since 1994;
*Served on The Florida Bar’s Unlicensed Practice of Law Standing Committee (Supreme Court of Florida special appointment) from 1996 – 2008, in staggered terms;

ANGELLA WINT began her legal career in 1990. She has an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She has extensive trial preparation experience and has assisted in all areas of law including personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home and commercial law. She currently assists the nursing home practice group attorneys.
